Registrations
Registrations for seminars must be made in writing by letter, by e-mail, via the Internet or by fax. The receipt of the registration will be confirmed in writing. After successful participation in the course, the participant will be sent an invoice, which is due for payment within 14 days.
Seminar fees
The seminar fee includes the provision of specially configured hardware and software for the duration of the seminar. The participants will also receive course-related documents. All seminar fees are subject to the applicable statutory value added tax.
Offers
Written offers remain valid for six weeks if not explicitly stated in the offer. The constitution date of the offer applies.
Withdrawal/cancellation
a). Cancellation of the seminar by Acuroc Solutions GmbH
In case of overbooking the registering person will be informed promptly. He will then be refunded any payment already made.
b). Cancellation of the seminar by the customer
Each registration is binding. We do not charge a cancellation fee if your registration is cancelled up to 14 days before the event. For cancellations between 13 days and 3 days before the event date we charge a handling fee of 50% of the participation fee. In case of later cancellations the entire participation fee will be charged.
The cancellation declaration requires the text form.
However, a cancellation of the booked seminar and the rebooking to another seminar is possible free of charge up to 3 days before the date of the event. This rebooking option cannot be used again for the event for which the rebooking was made. There is no claim for a refund of seminar fees already paid.
Seminar contents
The respective seminar is carefully prepared and conducted according to the current state of knowledge. We assume no liability for advice given and the use of the acquired knowledge. Course-accompanying workbooks or software may not be reproduced photomechanically or electronically at any time and under any circumstances.
Program changes and cancellation of seminars
If less than the printed minimum number of participants have registered for the courses advertised in the catalogue up to four working days before the start of the course, Acuroc Solutions GmbH reserves the right to reduce or cancel the duration of the seminar, while maintaining the same prices. The participants registered by then will be informed of this.
For understandable reasons, we must reserve the right to cancel seminars, e.g. if a lecturer is unavailable, the number of participants is too low (at least 2 weeks before the start), hotel closures, force majeure. We will make every effort to inform you of cancellations or necessary changes as quickly as possible. As far as the overall character of the event is thereby preserved, we expressly reserve the right to make changes to the programme. Insignificant changes in the course of the event, a reasonable relocation or a change of lecturer at the event location do not entitle the participant to a price reduction or to withdraw from the contract. In the event of cancellation, the participation fee already paid will be refunded by us. There is no entitlement to reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs or loss of working hours. We are not liable for indirect damages, especially lost profits or claims of third parties. Further claims are excluded. This does not apply in cases of intentional or grossly negligent behaviour on the part of our company.
Miscellaneous
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
